And so it begins......

One small step for mankind, one giant leap for this 55 year old woman, and yes, I did get that the right way around!

Welcome to Third Age Yogi, my new journey to explore, not the universe, but the practice of yoga and all it entails as I start my journey in becoming a fully qualified somatic yoga teacher in 2027....... I'm excited, overwhelmed, positive, and happy all at the same time.

Not much to say yet, but I have a whole host of topics, ideas and practices noted down on the crips white pages of my new 'yoga' notebook, so I invite you to join me in the near future and being your own third age journey with me. We can become friends.
